Below are a list of products which will be available when visiting the Panty Nook & Hygeine Bank, some items may vary from time to time due to stock levels. A pantry volunteer will assist when visiting with packing of bags and selecting of items. 
 

The Pantry offers a selection of dried, tinned products as well as fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables along with selection of fresh meat from local butchers. 
The idea of items selected is that you will be able to make healthy meals from items chosen, eg fresh chicken & curry sauce, pasta, fresh veg & tinned meat/fish with pasta. 

If you require your bag to be carried to the car please ask for assistance.

Food Pantry

Quantities of items depending on number of people being supported within the household:

The list below is based on one person for a week:

Tinned Items

• 3 tins of vegetables
• 1 tin of meat
• 2 tins of fish
• 2 tins of beans or spaghetti
• 2 tins of soup
• 1 tin of fruit

Bread

• 1 white or brown or wraps
• Their will be other bread products which will vary each week.

Sauces

• 2 jar of sauces

Fresh Produce

• 1 fresh meat (ask for options as change each week)

Dried Products

• 1 tea/coffee
• 1 sugar
• 1 jam
• 1 rice or pasta
• 1 dairy product
• 1 cereal 

Vegetables
Choice from the selection of veg, this will be different most weeks and season.
Amount will depend on size of household.
Drinks

• 1 orange/apple juice
• 1 squash (when in stock. )
• 1 milk

Treats

• 1 cake or packet of biscuit
• 1 pack of large crisps (or four small packets)
• 2 treat bars

There will be other products which will be Free which you will be able to help yourself to.

Please note that you need to remember to bring two

 shopping bags & membership card with you.

While visiting the panty nook you will be able to pick up some basic hygiene products, these will be available each week or on request.
A volunteer will be able to assist you.
